SitePing.com collects information through our Web site at several points.  We collect the following information about our users: Name, email address, organization affiliation, and dates/times you access the SitePing.com website.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: IP address, city/state/country information, when available.  We collect demographic data in order to provide better services to our users.

We collect this information through registration forms, clickstream tracking, and automatic logging files. The information is collected both voluntarily and involuntarily. To receive our services, IP logging is mandatory.

The information collected by LogDog.org will be used for the services provided directly to our users.  Users who provide information will receive periodic emails directly relating to their usage of our service. 

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about our services, special deals, and/or a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

SitePing.com maintains the accuracy of our information by user input.  Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find. Users may delete their information from our database by contacting us via the contact section of the website.

If problems arise, users may contact SitePing.com via the contact section of the website. We are committed to resolving disputes as quickly as possible.
